  Founded in 2009,Mercury Motion specializes in high end micro motors, such as brushless motors, gear motors, stepper motors…etc.Especially the brushless motors, we could design and produce both of the drivers and motors.This combination makes us have the unique advantage of the brushless motor industry. 

  We began to offer CNC machining service to our customers from 2010 because more and more customers need some CNC parts together withour motors..We provides a variety of precision CNC machining services including milling, turning, EDM, wire EDM, surface grinding and more. We can provide prototypes and low-volume machined parts with high quality in short lead time.

  We have 36 sets of CNC machining centers(precision 3-, 4- and 5-axis), 12 sets of CNC lathes, 15 sets of drilling and tapping machines, 5 sets of milling machines, 4 sets of wire EDM machines, 3 sets of grinding machines and a whole batch of test equipment. As well as 1 set of laser cutting machine, 1 set of NTC, 3 set of bending machines, 2 set of hydraulic machine and 3 sets of squeeze riveter.

  Mercury Motion has always paid attention to the construction and development of quality. We have passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification. We continues to improve and increase testing equipment.

  Test equipments are: 3D CMM, altimeter, hardness tester, salt spray testing equipment, film thickness meter, vernier caliper, inner diameter micrometer, outer micrometer, projector, pin hole detection special needle gauge, standard tooth gauge (pass stop gauge ), and other equipments.

  Because of the high reputation of high quality products and more than satisfied service, our products are sold to more than 50 Countries and regions in the world.We always look forward long term and pleasant cooperation with our customers.
